$114.90

One unit of every priced item, which is a floor rather than an estimate — a real room needs more than one box of tile.

Why it was specified this way

Split-face stone has real depth, which means it also has real shadow. Lighting it from above rakes across the face and makes the texture do the work, where flat front lighting would wash it out.

Carrying the stone the full height rather than stopping at a mantel makes the chimney breast read as a single element. Setting out from the ceiling down means the top course lands full, and any cut course is at the floor where a skirting hides it.
